AI-first design
I've been building AI-native product experiences before most teams had a framework for what that meant. I define the foundational design logic for AI-native agent surfaces, set the design standard for human-AI interaction, and build the context pipeline required for consistent, high-quality AI-generated UX. I also use the new generation of AI tools to make my own work faster, sharper, and more exploratory.
Leading diverse design teams
I've led teams of up to 15 designers across visual design, UX, content, and strategy. I believe the strongest design teams are built at the intersection of craft and perspective — not just headcount and hierarchy. I've done it at Square, Cash App, TikTok, and Spotify.
Taking products from 0 to 1
I've shipped multiple 0 to 1 products that became core revenue drivers: TikTok Shop (0→$B+ GMV), Fan Commerce at Spotify (91% fan satisfaction), and Cash App's banking expansion. Working from first principles — not specs — is where I do my best work.
Cross-functional leadership
