Led a global team of 15 designers for TikTok Shop, a billion-dollar+ commerce platform. Launched the US commerce experience — TikTok's most commercially successful product.

  • Shipped on-platform shopping from 0 to 1, generating billions in GMV — TikTok Shop's highest-grossing product area.
  • Built the user signal pipeline between creator and consumer behavior and iterative design, establishing quality standards that scaled across global markets.
  • Designed the full marketplace surface: product discovery, linked products, live selling, checkout, carts, and post-purchase.
  • Advocated for trust-first design in a high-conversion environment, navigating the tension between engagement incentives and honest product presentation.
